Notice to members of the Council

You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of North Nibley Parish Council to be held on the above date for the purpose of transacting business as per the agenda below. This meeting will be held at North Nibley Village Hall.

Members are reminded that the council has a general duty to consider the following matters in the exercise of any of its functions: Equal Opportunities (race, gender, sexual orientation, marital status and any disability), Crime & Disorder, Health & Safety, & Human Rights.

 

Notice to members of the Public

Members of the public are invited to attend and to ask questions and raise issues with the councillors during agenda item “Meeting for public discussion and questions”.  Outside of the public session, attending members of the public may observe the meeting only, unless invited to speak at the discretion of the chairperson.

    4. Village Defibrillators and Community Wellbeing (Cllr L Smith)

    5. Maintenance of Parish Council owned Land (Cllr R Brown and Cllr G Harper)

 

  1. To consider applications to the Rural England Prosperity Fund and agree next steps

 

  1. To consider inclusion of North Nibley Parish Council in the Independent Review of Parish Councillor Allowances

 

  1. To consider application to GAPTC Climate Change Community Fund

 

  1. To receive and approve written cemetery report from Burial Clerk and agree any actions/requests (report for Cllrs only due to GDPR)

 

 

  1. To review and approve annual governance forms:

    1. Section 1 – Annual Governance Statement 2024/25

    2. Section 2 – Accounting Statements 2024/25

 

  1. To review and agree Parish Council Policies and Procedures as per schedule
