Published: 9 July 2026
Gloucestershire’s Holiday Activities and Food Programme, known as HAF, is returning for the summer school holidays.
The programme provides funded holiday activities and food for children and young people from reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals.
Activities vary across the county and may include sports, games, creative sessions, outdoor activities and other holiday clubs. The programme is intended to help children stay active, enjoy new experiences and access healthy food during the school holidays.
Gloucestershire County Council has confirmed that HAF bookings are moving to the new Family Hubs Booking System. Families are encouraged to register on the new system so they are ready to book activities when places become available.
