12th – 13th February 2026 – TEMPORARY CLOSURE 41558 WHITEWAY HILL TO WATERLEY BOTTOMS
The  road is expected to be closed from 12th February 2026 until 13th February 2026 only or until the said works have been completed.

Road Closure – Forthay, North Nibley
Gloucestershire County Council will close part of Forthay (from Millend to Crowell Brook, approx. 260m) on Tuesday 25th November 2025 for pole renewal works.

A signed diversion route will be in place on site. Pedestrian and emergency access will be maintained.

9th – 11th July 2025

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order
under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily
close part of the C230 Nibley Green from outside of the property known as
‘The Cottage’ to outside of the entrance to the property known as ‘Burleigh
Court Farm’ for a distance of approximately 110 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for water connection works by Severn Trent
Water
The said road is expected to be closed from 9
th July 2025 to 11th July 2025
or until the works have been completed. For further information, please

1st April – Blanket Closure

Ash Dieback works.

Temporary_Road_Closure_-_Road Listing -_1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026

The roads are expected to be closed and restricted on a rolling programme
commencing 1st April 2025 where the presence of approved signage will
indicate whether the closure is in force.

Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closure taking effect. This order can permit the closure and restriction of the roads in any order, or simultaneously as required and it is anticipated all works will be completed by
31st March 2026.

25th April – Frog Lane

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order
under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily
close part of the C259 Frog Lane Road from outside of the property known as
‘The Laurels’ to outside of the property known as ‘Netherfields’ for a distance
of approximately 220 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for the excavation of verges in a single track
road.
The said road is expected to be closed on 25th April 2025 only or until the

Old London Road, Coombe Road and Rushmire Hill B4058 will be closed from 6th January 2025 to 4th July 2025 to allow for carriageway stabilisation works.
